This is a voluntary statement. Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement from commercial organisations with a turnover of £36 million or more. Vivave Holdings Ltd is below that threshold and is not legally required to publish one. We publish this because we think the position should be on the record, not because we are obliged to.
Vivave Holdings Ltd, company number 15633093, operates FindScan, a UK directory for private diagnostic imaging. We are a small, early stage software company. We do not manufacture goods, we hold no physical inventory, and we have no overseas production.
Our supply chain is almost entirely digital services: cloud hosting, data storage, payment infrastructure, customer relationship software and professional services. Our main suppliers are established technology providers operating in the UK and the European Union, each subject to their own legal obligations in this area.
We also list independent imaging clinics. Those clinics are not our suppliers and we do not control their employment practices, but they are regulated healthcare providers subject to inspection in their own nation.
We assess our own risk of modern slavery as low, given the size of the company, the absence of a physical supply chain, and suppliers concentrated in jurisdictions with established labour protections. We say low rather than none, because no organisation can see its entire supply chain.
We have not yet run formal supplier due diligence or staff training on modern slavery, because the company is small enough that neither would currently be meaningful. We will put both in place as we grow, and we will update this page when we do rather than claiming them in advance.
This statement relates to the financial year ending 2026 and was approved by the director of Vivave Holdings Ltd.
