Wrong, out of date or missing information about a clinic on our site
A price shown that does not match what the clinic charges
An enquiry that did not reach the clinic
Problems using the site, including accessibility barriers
How we have handled your personal data

What we cannot resolve

FindScan is a directory, not a healthcare provider. We cannot investigate clinical care, a scan result, a report, or how you were treated at a clinic. Those complaints go to the clinic itself, and then to the regulator for that nation if you are not satisfied.

How to raise it

Use our contact form and choose the option that fits. Tell us what happened, when, and which clinic or page it relates to. Include a way to reach you.

What happens next

We acknowledge your message within two working days.
We aim to give you a substantive answer within ten working days. If it will take longer we will tell you why and when to expect it.
If you are unhappy with our answer, say so and it will be reviewed by the company director.

If your complaint is about how we handle personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
