Accessibility statement

This statement applies to findscan.co.uk. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site.

How accessible this site is

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 level AA. We have not yet completed a full audit against that standard, so we cannot claim we meet it. We would rather say that plainly than claim a level of conformance we have not tested.

What we have done so far

Known problems

We have not completed a full audit, so this list is what we currently know rather than everything there is:

Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot use part of this site, please tell us through our contact form or our feedback and complaints route. Say which page and what happened. We acknowledge within two working days.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 4 October 2026. It is based on our own review rather than an external audit. We will update it when a full audit has been completed.
