What the badge means

The badge shows that your clinic appears in the FindScan directory, where patients can compare private scans and send your clinic an enquiry. FindScan is a directory and enquiry service, not a healthcare provider.

The badge is not an accreditation, award or endorsement, and it should not be presented as one. Patients who want to check a clinic's registration and inspection reports can do so with the regulator: the Care Quality Commission in England, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales or the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority in Northern Ireland.

How to use it

  • Only while you are listed. Use the badge while your clinic has an active listing on FindScan, and remove it if your listing ends.
  • Keep it as it is. Please do not change the colours, wording or proportions. You can make it larger or smaller as long as the shape stays the same.
  • Link it to FindScan. The code above links the badge to the FindScan home page, so patients who click it can search for your scans.
  • Place it where it fits. Clinics usually add it to the footer, a booking or prices page, or an "about us" page.
